On January 1, 2009, Oregon's new Smoke free Workplace Law will prohibit smoking in almost all public places and workplaces, including:
In addition, smoking is not permitted within 10 feet of any entrance, exit, window or air intake vent. Public place: any enclosed area open to the public.
