Complaint Process

If an individual has concerns about patient care and safety in the organization that the organization has not addressed, the concerns should be communicated to the organization via the complaint process procedure. If the concerns cannot be resolved through the established complaint process, the individual may contact the Joint Commission if the concern involves the Primary Care or HIV clinics. The Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring can be reached by either calling 800/994-6610 or by e-mailing complaint@jointcommission.org
