Radiological Monitoring and Assessment:

The Federal Radiological Monitoring and Assessment Center (FRMAC) provides important and extensive radiological incident monitoring and assessment capacity to the local response organization(s). The following articles depict them as a cohesive stand-alone team that is related to an ICS organization(s), but not necessarily integrated into it according to ICS standards. This may require considerable adaptation, including having Situation Unit representatives and Assistant Liaison Officers co-located with FRMAC to help align IC/UC objectives with FRMAC tactical operations and deliverables.
