We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard and some insurance plans including the Oregon Health Plan. STD Clinic Exams: Fees are set using sliding fee scale, based on income and family size. Downtown Community Test Site: $20 HIV test, $20 hepatitis C test, free syphilis test for persons at highest risk Northeast Community Test Site: No cost (HIV, hepatitis C, syphilils) Vaccination-only Visit: $15 injection fee Are there appointments or walk-in times?HIV Community Test Site: For guaranteed service at the Downtown Community Test site, we encourage you to make an appointment by calling 503-988-3775. We don’t need a full name. All testing at the Northeast Community Test Site is walk-in. STD Exams and Vaccinations: Some people get a set time to come in. Some do not. We’ll ask you what’s going on and get you the kind of visit that works best. Call 503-988-3700 to make an appointment. What if I am under 18 years old?In Oregon teens can consent to HIV and STD testing and treatment without a parent’s permission. Do I need to give my name?You can get an HIV test anonymously at one of our community test sites. We need a name for all other tests. If you make up a name, you’ll have to be sure you remember that name when you come for results. We are very careful to protect your privacy and confidentiality here. |
