HIV Testing

HIV testing is offered at two HIV counseling and testing sites. Testing options include anonymous or confidential, blood draw or oral, and results by phone or in-person. A rapid 20-minute test is available to men who have sex with men, injection drug users and people whose partners are living with HIV.

Our testing services are nonjudgmental, confidential and no one is turned away for inability to pay.

In Oregon, teens can consent to HIV and STD testing and treatment without a parent’s permission.

Full STD exams are available at the STD Clinic.

Downtown Community Test Site

• HIV counseling and testing anonymous or confidential (non-travel and non-occupational). Rapid test available for persons at highest risk (men who have had sex with men, injection drug users, and partners of people living with HIV)
• Hepatitis C testing for persons at risk (persons with a history of injection drug use)
• Syphilis testing for persons at risk (men who have sex with men)
• Free condoms and other safe sex materials

Cost: $20 HIV test, $20 hepatitis C test, free syphilis test for persons at highest risk

Hours: Walk-in M T Th F 9am-4:45pm

If you want your results by phone, this must be arranged at the time of your test.

Northeast Community Test Site

(entrance in back on 2nd floor)

Same tests and eligibility as the Downtown Community Test Site (above). No full STD screening at this location.

Cost: None

Hours: Tuesdays 5:30-7:15pm, all visits walk-ins
